Wholesale Policy

Below are the detailed terms and conditions for our wholesale business, covering MOQ, pricing, payment, production, customization and after-sales service.

1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Our wholesale MOQ is flexible and negotiable. For standard drinkware products, the minimum order quantity is 100 units; for custom wholesale orders, MOQ may vary based on customization requirements (contact our wholesale team for details).

2. Wholesale Pricing

We offer competitive custom pricing for wholesale orders. The unit price will decrease as the order quantity increases. Contact our wholesale team with your order quantity, product type, and customization needs to get a detailed quote.

3. Payment Terms

For wholesale orders, we accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and PayPal. A 30% deposit is required to start production, and the balance is due before shipment.

4. Production & Shipping

Wholesale production lead time is 15-30 business days, depending on order quantity and customization complexity. We ship wholesale orders via reliable international carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL) and can also use your designated carrier account.

5. Customization for Wholesale

We offer full customization for wholesale orders, including logo printing, color customization, packaging design, and product shape customization. Our design team will provide digital mockups for your approval before production.

6. After-Sales Service

For wholesale orders, we offer a 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects. If you receive defective products, please contact our wholesale team within 7 business days of receipt, and we will provide free replacements or partial refunds.
