For custom orders, shipping time depends on production lead time: MOQ orders take 30 days to produce, and then shipping is arranged immediately. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Q5: How can I track my order?
A5: Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to your registered email address. You can also track your order by visiting the "Track Order" page in the Support menu, entering your order number and email address to view real-time shipping status.

Provide clear photos/videos of the issue, your order number, and product details. We will verify the problem and offer a free replacement, full refund, or repair service, depending on the situation.
Q6: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A6: For retail orders, you can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it (before it is processed). For custom orders, changes or cancellations are only allowed before the design confirmation and production start; once production begins, changes/cancellations may incur a partial fee.
Q8: Are there any shipping fees or customs duties?
A8: Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, destination, and shipping method, displayed at checkout. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, as they vary by country/region. We can provide commercial invoices to help with customs clearance.

Q1: Can I preview my design before production?
A1: Yes. We provide a free digital mockup for your review and approval before starting mass production. Our design team will create 2D/3D drawings based on your artwork or requirements, and we will revise the mockup until you are fully satisfied.
Q5: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom products?
A5: Our MOQ for custom products is flexible and negotiable. For simple logo printing on existing products, the MOQ is usually 50 units; for fully custom shapes, colors, or designs, the MOQ may be higher. Contact our custom team for a personalized quote based on your needs.
Q7: Can I get a custom sample before placing a bulk order?
A7: Yes. We provide custom samples for a small fee, which is refundable when your bulk order reaches a certain quantity. Custom samples take 5-7 business days to produce, and shipping takes an additional 7-14 days.

Returns & Warranty

Q3: Who pays for return shipping?
A3: If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product (our fault), we will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Q5: What is your product warranty policy?
A5: We offer a 1-year warranty on all retail and custom drinkware products. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, leaks, and insulation issues (for insulated products). Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper use are not covered.
Q7: Can I get a replacement for a defective custom product?
A7: Yes. If your custom product is defective or does not match the confirmed design, we will provide a free replacement. We may request the defective product to be returned for inspection, and we will cover all shipping costs related to the replacement.
Q2: How do I initiate a return?
A2: To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the product, and a detailed description of the reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization (RA) number and return address. Please ship the product back with the RA number clearly marked.
