We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of product receipt. To be eligible, products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Custom-made products are non-returnable unless they have manufacturing defects or do not match the confirmed design.
Contact our support team with your order number and detailed reason for return/exchange. Our team will provide a return authorization (RA) number and return address. Please ship the product back with the RA number clearly marked to avoid delays.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product (3-5 business days), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
If you need an exchange (e.g., wrong size, color), please specify your desired replacement when contacting our support team. We will arrange the exchange once we receive the returned product, and shipping costs for exchanges will be covered if the issue is our fault.
Custom products (without defects), used products, and products damaged due to improper use are not eligible for refund or exchange.
